Our fees are competitive and could be negotiated depending upon the level of Service required. Since we are committed to investment landlords, savings can be made on the smallest of portfolios.
Our tenant/buyer database is regularly updated. The prospective tenants are thoroughly referenced and credit checked. In certain cases we will also require a guarantor.
if necessary our team is pleased to visit your property outside normal office hours, at a time that is convenient to you without affecting your busy schedule. A member of staff is also available on the telephone out of hours.
