Our letting process kicks off with one of our team visiting your property. We will conduct a free-market appraisal and provide you with an estimate of your property’s rental value. We will also talk through the lettings process, including the levels of service we offer.

Full Management Service

This one is our most popular service, contributing to establishing a base of long-standing tenants. Our Full Management Service gives you the greatest peace of mind. So, please sit back and let us take the strain of your letting.

Rent Collection Service

We set up your letting process with this service and collect the rent on your behalf. As the landlord, you retain responsibility for repairs and inspections. You will also conduct the deposit negotiation when the tenancy ends.

Letting Only Service

We find a tenant for your property, prepare all necessary legal documents, register the deposit, and check the tenant into and out of your property with this service.

As soon as you appoint us, we will have a professional photographer photograph your property, ensuring that it is represented in the best possible way. These photographs will be part of a well-presented and informative property listing.

Next, we will show prospective tenants your property details and show them around the property itself. We will keep you informed of how many viewings we have undertaken and all feedback from potential tenants.

When a potential tenant makes an offer on your property, we will seek references from previous landlords and credit agencies. Once you’re satisfied with these checks, we will draft a tenancy agreement for you and the tenant to sign.

Once the agreement has been signed, we will collect a rent deposit and the first month’s rental payment. We can also organise for gas and electrical safety inspections to be carried out and conduct an inventory and check-in.
