We offer a highly competitive level of fees for our lettings service. These fees are based on a percentage of the total gross rent and the selected type of service.
Fees for rent collection and management service get paid at the same time as the rent. Letting Only service fees are due in advance. Please note, all fees are subject to VAT.

- Accompanied viewings.
- Updates on all offers.
- Best rental terms negotiated.
- Obtaining references and credit checks.
- Preparing all legal documents.
- Inventory preparation.
- Preparing a schedule of condition.
- Check-in/out.
- Holding deposit within The Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) – unless otherwise instructed.
- Organising utilities and Council Tax.
- Help with Tax Return – in accordance with Non-residents Landlord Scheme, Landlords Rent Protection, and legal expenses cover.
- Organise maintenance and refurbishments during periods of occupation and between tenancies.
- Six-monthly property inspection and report.
- Dealing with emergency repairs and maintenance through fully qualified and insured contractors.
- Arranging all necessary certifications, including gas safety and EPCs.
- Dealing with all insurance claims. Handling any disputes at the end of a tenancy.
- Negotiation of deposit retention.
Fees for our full property management service are 15% plus VAT.

Fees for our Let Only service are 6% No VAT for the first year of tenancy, 5% No VAT after that.
